We are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
Each YGMods watch is hand-assembled with premium components.
-Ready-to-Ship models: Ship within 1–3 business days.
-Custom orders: Usually require:
-1–2 days to process your order,
-Around 10 days for parts ordering,
-1–2 days for hand assembly, and
-1–3 days for delivery.
Total estimated time: 10–15 business days before shipment.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer both domestic (Canada/US) and international shipping.
Typical delivery times after shipment are:
-Canada & U.S.: 3–7 business days
-International: 7–12 business days
You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your watch is shipped.
Order Cancellation Policy
Because each watch is custom-assembled to your specifications, orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of being placed.
After this period, cancellations are not possible, but you can still request a return once you’ve received your order.
Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
YGMods is not responsible for carrier or customs delays, but we’ll gladly help open an investigation with the shipping provider if your package is lost or delayed.
