Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your shopping experience at YG Mods.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return period
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase or a receipt is required.

2. Return procedure
If your return is accepted, we will send you:

  • a prepaid return label, and
  • detailed instructions on how to send back your package.
  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is:

  • defective,
  • damaged, or
  • incorrect (wrong model, size, or color).

We will evaluate the issue and offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

4. Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • custom or personalized orders (e.g., engravings, special configurations, watches assembled on demand);
  • items worn or modified after delivery;
  • discounted or free items;
  • gift cards.

5. Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different model is to place a new order after the initial return has been accepted.

6. Right of withdrawal (European Union)
For customers located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days from receiving the product, without providing any reason.

This right does not apply to products:

  • made according to your specifications or personalized, or clearly customized at your request (YG Mods custom watches).

7. Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected:

  • we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of the refund;
  • if approved, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used at purchase within 10 business days.

The posting delay may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

8. Return shipping costs
Unless the error is ours or a defect is confirmed, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

10. Condition of returned items
Returned items must be in perfect, resalable condition.
Any sign of wear, resizing, scratches, removed protective films, or damage caused after delivery may result in a partial refund or refusal of the return.

Inspection process
All returns are subject to inspection by our quality control team before a refund is approved.

Refusal of abusive returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, modification, or abuse of our return policy.

Original components requirement
All original parts, accessories, links, packaging, and documentation must be included. Missing items may lead to deductions from the refund.

Chargeback protection
If a customer initiates a chargeback while the return process is ongoing, the refund request may be suspended until the dispute is resolved.

Non-refundable situations
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Product appearance
Due to lighting conditions, photography, screen settings, and manufacturing tolerances, slight variations in color, texture, or details may occur between the product images and the item received. Such differences do not constitute defects and are not valid grounds for a return or refund.
