Most of our watches have a water resistance of 5 ATM, which means they are designed for everyday situations such as splashes, rain or an accidental brief dip in water. They are not designed for swimming or diving. Chronograph models (the ones with pushers and a VK63 movement, whatever the case style) and all SeikoSantos models are rated 3 ATM: light splashes only, so keep them away from immersion, and never use the chronograph pushers in the rain or under water. Several factors can affect water resistance, such as an improperly screwed crown, a sudden impact, or a change in temperature.

Absolutely! We provide the flexibility to customize your watch according to your preferences, including the option to remove the Seiko mark.

Made to order: each watch is hand-assembled after your purchase. We review your order, source the parts, then assemble, regulate and test your watch, which takes 10–15 business days before shipping. Total from order to delivery: 12–20 business days in Canada, 15–25 to the US, 17–27 internationally.

Ready to ship: watches from our In Stock – Ready to Ship collection leave our workshop within 24–48 hours and arrive in 2–5 business days in Canada (5–10 to the US). Ready to ship applies to 39 mm cases, and occasionally to 36 mm.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES:
Shipments within Canada are not subject to customs fees. For orders shipped to the United States and the European Union, customs duties and import taxes, where applicable, are calculated and shown as a separate line at checkout, so there is nothing extra to pay when your watch arrives. We ship via Canada Post or DHL with full tracking. YGMods declares the exact purchase value on all shipments and has no control over customs processing times.

You can choose/customize your bracelet, case, dial, hands, and even add your own logo or initials.

Once your watch has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the status of your order as it makes its way to you.

The watch is complete, but you may need to adjust sizing, we include the necessary tools free of charge and instructions.

Yes! Our watches allow for interchangeable straps or bracelets, you can easily switch them out to change the overall look of your watch.
